These courses are included as a part of curriculum for Bachelor's and Master’s program. All the three courses have the 6 ECTS credits and the mode of delivery is offline mode.

Universitas Syiah Kuala has developed and piloted courses based on the SPIRIT project, the three courses are:

3) Food for special needs
Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka has developed and piloted courses based on the SPIRIT project, the five courses are:
1) Nutrition for Heath and Fitness
2) Exercise Physiology
3) Motor Development
4) Personal and Social Development and Inclusion
5) Psychology of Sport and Exercise
Institut Pertanian Bogor has developed and piloted courses based on the SPIRIT project, the three courses are:
1) Sport Nutrition
2) Nutrition for Sport and Fitness
